My Holiday Home Insurance is always looking for new ways to improve the service that we provide. Although we prefer to speak to all of our customers on the phone to make sure that the cover you receive is the best for your personal circumstances, we also understand that this is not always convenient. This is why we now offer multiple ways you can renew your insurance. You can continue to renew over the phone or by post, however we now offer an online renewal service.

If you wish to renew, upgrade or alter your cover, please call us on our renewals priority line 01604 946 682, alternatively click the ‘Request a call back’ and we will call you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – FAQS

When will I receive my renewal invitation?

You’ll receive your renewal invitation by post or email 21 days before your current cover ends. Once you’re happy with the cover outlines, you can easily renew your insurance over the phone by calling our renewals priority line 01604 946 682, or you can renew online by clicking here.

When will I receive my renewal documents?

You will receive your new insurance documents within a couple of days of renewing your policy by post, alternatively if you renew online, you will receive your Holiday Home Insurance documents via email within a couple of minutes of renewing.

How can I change the cover before I renew my policy?

If you would like to add, remove or alter any cover before renewing your policy, just give our Customer Services Team a call on 01604 946 682, and they will be happy to help.

Can I renew my policy by Bank Transfer?

We are happy to receive your renewal premium via BACS transfer. Please use your policy/client reference number as the unique reference to help us identify your policy.
