How to provide the photos of your Leisure home
As one of the UK’s leading providers of Leisure Home Insurance, we are committed to insuring all Leisure Homes (regardless of their age), and providing the very best of covers too. To protect policyholders who look after their homes, our insurer has asked us to complete some additional administrative procedures. This applies to Leisure Homes that are over 20 years old.
With many insurers no longer providing cover for older Leisure Homes, or providing limited cover, as the one of the UK’s leading provider of Leisure Home Insurance, we are committed to providing the very best cover for all Leisure Home owners whenever possible.
We have been asked to provide three photographs of the outside of your Leisure Home. Here are 4 ways that this can be done. We appreciate your help with this.

What should the photos look like?
We don’t require you to be a photographic expert, we just require three photos of the general outside of your home showing the front and rear of your home and its roof. Similar to the ones shown below:

Please ensure you provide us your policy reference number when doing so, so we know the photos relate to your quote. Your Quote reference number is shown on the email you will have received and will look similar to this: LH-0000001
Want to print off the photos and send them in the post?
Please ensure that you write your quote reference number on the back of the photos. This is shown on the email you have received and will look like this: LH-0000001.

Why do you need the photos?
So that the insurer has an accurate record of Leisure homes that are over 20 years old, and so that we can continue to insure older park homes.
What do you need?
Three photos of the outside of your park home – All photos should show the whole home. One from the front, one from the side, one from the back. They need to show the roof, skirting and provide an accurate representation of your home.
You can send us digital images by electronic means, or print out photographs and post them to us.
