We’re Winners of a 2022 UK Broker Award

We are delighted to confirm that on the 6th July 2022, we we’re announced winners of the 2022 Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award, a British Insurance Award hosted by the Insurance Post.

Yesterday afternoon we all headed off to London for the awards ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall.  We were nominated for the Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award and then earlier this year, we were confirmed as finalists and we were absolutely delighted.  There are so many submissions for this award and we were up against some much larger organisations, so to actually win is an amazing achievement and we are exceptionally proud of it.

2022 Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award

The Personal Lines Broker of the Year award is one of the largest awards in the insurance sector designed to recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation within the UK insurance industry. The award is open to all UK-based insurance brokers, appointed representatives and independent intermediaries serving the personal lines and micro-commercial market. We had to demonstrate how we have responded to the demands and needs of customers with the products that we offer, provide evidence of the service and support we have delivered to customers, along with independent reviews from customers about how they feel about our services to validate the entry.

We are exceptionally proud to be announced winners of this prestigious award and look forward to continuously delivering the service each one of our clients and customers are expecting to receive.

Claire Leech, Director at My Holiday Home Insurance commented, “Winning the Personal Lines Broker of The Year Award is an achievement we are so proud of. The customer experience is very important to us and customers support businesses which put them at the forefront of the business. Winning this award has proved that our customer focussed approach, traditional service values and always putting our customers first, is the right thing to do.”
