We want to update you on My Holiday Home Insurance’s response to the global pandemic that is causing huge upheaval to the lives of all our policyholders, as it is for people throughout the world.

What you can expect from My Holiday Home Insurance

Whilst the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to dominate the news, we want to reassure you that all My Holiday Home Insurance’s services continue to operate as normal. We are fortunate that we have put in place sensible measures to ensure that My Holiday Home Insurance is well prepared and well-positioned to support and service all our customers.

With our significant investment in technology we already have a high-level resilience to this unprecedented situation. We already have a number of our team working effectively and securely from home and therefore are able to continue to provide the supportive, reliable and personal service that you have come to expect of us. And, should the need occur the rest of the company can also work securely from our homes, therefore we are well-positioned to provide you the ongoing service for the foreseeable future, but at this time it is very much business as usual.

If you need to renew your policy without making changes you can do this by using on-line banking:

Please take care to use the correct policy number to avoid any delay in renewing your policy. Once payment has been received, we will call you to confirm that payment has been received and you will receive confirmation by email or post.

Should you currently pay for insurance annually, but are concerned that how you will manage to meet all your financial obligations during this time, we are also able to offer an installment facility so your premium can be spread over the year (this carries a small administrative charge), and we will be happy to provide you more details upon request.

Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 1:00pm
