Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award

The Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award is one of the largest awards within the insurance sector, designed to recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation within the UK insurance industry.  This category is focused on stand-out UK brokerages setting the standard for others to follow in the personal lines market. The award was judged by an independent panel of experts, who were there to pay particular attention to the outstanding achievement of UK Brokers and honouring them.  The judges were focused on identifying companies who achieved sustainable growth in a competitive market by innovating product proposition, with a proven track record of adapting in challenging conditions.  They also wanted businesses to demonstrate they continually provided outstanding customer service, with the aim to drive repeat business in the future. The Personal Lines Broker Awards was open to any insurance broker that provides insurance to individuals and this year they received the highest number of submissions in history.

The award ceremony that took place today (11th September 2020) was a virtual one, unlike previous years due to Covid-19, to celebrate the successes of the insurance sector and to announce the winners.

We were announced earlier today as winners and everyone here in is absolutely delighted to be recognised by the insurance industry, by being awarded the Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award 2020.
